Established to address the lack of halal food options for students in the area, Kebabish Bites provides cleaner and halal choices to both international students and local residents unfamiliar with Punjabi cuisine from Pakistan and India. For this episode, I filmed the whole interview in the kitchen while Waseem made two of their popular dishes. I love how much more dynamic the interview flows with this style.
