The Ruins Bar & Grille and The Sanctuary Escape

When the haunted house attraction, The Sanctuary OKC, moved to their new location, they sought to expand their offerings with a restaurant, escape room games, and a live concert venue. Tino Pascuzzi and Leslie Damron talk about The Ruins Bar & Grille. Then in the second half of the video, Louie Hernandez and Christina Imboden discuss The Sanctuary Escape.

Their escape rooms are especially cool because the door you enter isn’t the door you exit. There are multiple rooms and sometimes you’ll have to backtrack to get out of another section. With the restaurant, you can eat before or after a game too.

405 Brewing Co

Specializing in non-traditional brewing methods and ingredients, Norman natives Trae Carson and Jonathan Stapleton opened a brewery that allows them to be creative in their beer making adventures. 405 Brewing Co.’s “Liquid Art” is built by hand and in this interview with the owners discuss how they started, what types of beers they offer, and invites everyone to come try one of their unique beers.

I’ve already filmed an interview with another brewery that does more traditional beers, which will be next week’s video.

Gogi Go

Gogi Go is a Korean fast casual concept located in Oklahoma City’s Midtown District that specializes in Korean BBQ rice bowls and burritos. In this interview, John Lee, Dan Johnson, and Danh Do talk about guests can expect, including the mural by Kris Kanaly.

I’m working on getting back on a regular schedule, trying to film interviews at least a week before they air. In the past few weeks, I’ve reached out to several people for interviews, but I have yet to hear back or get them scheduled. This includes interviews for Yes! Science!
